A former Arizona teacher had sex with a year-old student while she ordered another student to stay in the classroom and be a lookout. Brittany Zamora, a now year-old former sixth-grade teacher, allegedly performed sex acts on the student multiple times in her car and in her classroom at the Las Brisas Academy in the Phoenix, AZ suburb of Goodyear. According to police interviews, while staying after school to prepare for a talent show, the victim and his friend were alone with Brittany in her classroom when the teacher and her student began kissing. The victim confided in his friend that he and Brittany had sex again. On another occasion, Brittany and the year-old student fondled each other in the classroom while other students were watching a video and oblivious to the sexual contact. Brittany also sent the boy photos of herself naked and wearing lingerie, while the boy admitted to sending her naked pictures of himself.

After phone calls today, the Twin Rivers School District confirmed over the weekend that the naked photo of a sixth-grader had been sent electronically to some students. This week, other students passed it around. Criminal defense attorney Jennifer Mouzis says the children who received and forwarded the photo could face a felony charges.
